Enrollment Report an Absence/Tardy B Lunch If your child has B” lunch and would like to leave campus at the end of their 6th period when the bell rings at 12:55pm, and not attend lunch here on campus, they are permitted to do so with your permission. A parent or guardian must complete the Mach Form at, https://wchs.pasco.k12.fl.us/mform/view.php?id=110822 for their child to be permitted to leave campus at 12:55pm. Please remember that once you complete this form, your child will be expected to leave campus immediately. Any lingering on campus after 12:59pm with this form signed may result in a referral for being in an unauthorized location. We understand that some days a student might have practice or tutoring and will need to stay on campus for lunch. Please understand that if a student has permission to leave campus the only two places acceptable for them to be during lunch are off campus or at lunch. Once this form is completed, students will receive a pass that they will be required to show when leaving the campus.
